Sorry for the hassle, but your credit card is expiring soon and we need to update your info.

If you prefer to do it yourself, follow these quick steps:

  1. Be sure you’re logged in, and then click the white “Add Payment Method”  button.
  2. Enter your new card info and click the blue “Add Payment Method” button.
  3. Click the white “Make Default” button for the new card.
  4. You’ll get a confirmation message that reads “Would you like to update your subscription to use this payment method?” Click Yes and you’re done!

*BTW, if you prefer not to use a credit card, we can change you over to direct bill instead. An invoice will then be mailed and you can pay by check or whatever is most convenient for you.
